1. Bookings
All bookings are confirmed once a quote has been accepted, or when a recurring maintenance schedule has been arranged with a set date and time.
We aim to keep appointments organised and consistent for ongoing customers.
2. Arrival Times
We generally work to an agreed time with an arrival window.
While we always aim to arrive on time, occasional delays can occur due to weather, job overruns, or travel between sites.
We appreciate your understanding when this happens.
3. Customer Presence
Customers are not required to be onsite while work is being completed, as long as access has been arranged beforehand.
4. Weather Conditions
For safety reasons, jobs may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, including but not limited to:
- Heavy or persistent rain (too wet conditions)
- Lightning or severe storms
- Consistently extreme heat (e.g. 40°C+ days)
We will always aim to reschedule at the next suitable time.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your booking at any time.
There are no cancellation fees, however cancelling may result in the loss of your allocated time slot, which will be rebooked where possible.
6. No-Shows
There are no charges for no-shows. We understand plans can change, and we’ll always work to rebook where needed.
7. Pricing & Quotes
Quotes are based on the initial assessment of the job.
- If the job takes longer or is larger than expected, we will contact you before continuing work to discuss any additional costs.
- If the job comes in under the quoted amount, you will be refunded the difference where applicable.
This ensures fair and transparent pricing for all customers.
8. Site Conditions
To help us complete your job safely and efficiently, we kindly ask that the area is clear of obstacles prior to our arrival.
If there is excessive pet waste (such as dog droppings) that needs to be cleared before work can begin, this may result in an additional fee depending on the time and effort required.
We appreciate your understanding, as this ensures we can maintain a safe and clean working environment.
